Consultation sessions are brief and focused meetings via Zoom, phone, or in person in Newton, MA, where we can explore curiosities, ask questions, and assess client practitioner resonance and fit. We’ll name what brings you in and explore somatics experientially through gentle breathwork, grounding, and regulation, while clarifying the next steps and session cadence so we may begin our work together. 50-minute Session
$125
Our sessions are a dedicated space to slow down, listen inwardly, and receive compassionate witnessing, as life’s tender and complex terrain is navigated. Focusing on verbal and embodied cues to support emotional regulation, clients develop nervous system resilience and a greater access to inner clarity and vitality, meeting individuals where they are through structured and attuned support. Sessions are offered weekly or bi-weekly, both in person and online, in Newton, MA, for 50 minutes at the rate of $125. Payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or personal check.
